    Step 1

    焗炉先预热180度,合桃和杏仁切碎备用。Preheat oven 180℃, chop walnuts and almonds for later use.

    Step 2

    南瓜连皮洗净放入烤箱烤25分钟至软,然后放入搅拌机内打成蓉。Rinse the pumpkin with skin and put it in the oven for 25 minutes until soft. Remove from oven and put it in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Step 3

    烧热开水煮意粉10分钟。Boil the spaghetti in boiling water for 10 minutes.

    Step 4

    待意粉煮至八成熟后倒入南瓜蓉煮均匀,然后放入芝士碎、盐和黑椒调味,煮至收汁可以上碟。When the spaghetti is cooked, pour in the pumpkin puree and cook well, then add the grated cheese, salt and black pepper to taste, cook until the sauce thickened and absorbed.

    撒上果仁碎即可享用。Sprinkle with chopped nuts and enjoy.
